How can the US Congress override a President's veto? |
[Edit]
Answer
The U.S. Constitution allows Congress to override the President's veto with a two-thirds majority vote of both the House and the Senate.
Novanet - by having at least 2/3 of the House and Senate vote to pass a bill into law even though the President has vetoed it.
