Tourism can improve the economy in the business environment. However, unless it is managed sustainably, it can cause great damage to the natural environment. It is not easy to build a luxury hotel in a beautiful landscape, for example, without causing immense problems of pollution, habitat change, destruction of wild life flora and fauna, building roads and allowing traffic, and many other harmful effects.
Touring Another Country is educational but can possibly cause more problems for the country both geographical, and economically. Gorgeous landscapes and scenic destinations can be spoiled by the demand of more hotels or resorts, which mean farmland, could be damaged or wildlife could be in danger. Sometimes shops and company raises its prices to make money off of rich tourists but now the locals cannot afford the item and it can also produce pollution because of the increase of cars and planes ect,
the environment is being changed in the following ways
The environment of any given area is what will draw the tourism into that area. If you want a wild and crazy environment, you go to Vegas (baby). The environment is based on the idea that what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas... You want a adult vacation in an adult environment, Vegas works. Kids may prefer Disneyland due to the environment that is built for kids enjoyment. You would hardly take kids to the nightclubs in Vegas, nor does my 27 year old want to see the "It's a small world" ride. The environment that is there is for children.
The enviromental impact on tourism? I would say people coming to other countries littering, and also the way they travel Cause if they get a bus, car,or train all of these lets out Carbon dioxide or fumes.
The importance of protecting the environment is well, it's important. Because if let's say we cut down all the trees. If we cut down all the trees than lots of species such as birds, squirels, etc. will most likely become extinct and losing those animals will ruin the food chain and we could lose some animals that we depend on for survival.
Your touring the environment. =P
And you're also trampling it.
