Or try using (miswak) a piece from a special tree stem grown in Middle East and easily found in the Gulf region or the middle east. It has all the natural ingredients for teeth whitening and cleaning.
Seeking doctor help and using medical formulas are always a valid option.
To prevent your white teeth from being yellow. Use straw when drinking Orange Juice/ coke and other color rich drinks. Reduce your daily intake of coffee and tea, or just brush your teeth directly after every time you drink them.
