do your research on the cadastre website (link) to identify the "feuille cadastrale" (sheet), then note the references of the property in which you are interested.
Then by call to the local tax office ("hotel des impôts - bureau cadastre") and there is a big chance you will be given the name and address of the owner(s) of the property.
The local council can give the same information. The service is free.
The information may include:
- the cadastral references and the address of a property,
- the estimated rent value of a property to calculate the level of the local taxes,
- the names, first names and addresses of the owners.
