You can drink alot of liquids, eat a lot of red meat for the 3 days prior to the test, take 50 to 100 milligrams of vitamin B, drink Naturally Klean Herbal Tea before the test, or Pee in the toilet, then quickly stop and go in the cup. Stop, and shift back to the toilet for the last portion

If your not a hardcore stoner and smoke it for 3 days straight every bluemoon you will be fine in a couple of days if it's justmsouth swab 3 hours max other wise just do a full day of fat burning cardio and try to drink like atleast a ltr or water every hour do this a couple days in a row if you can but stop a few days before the test because thc is fat soluble this will dramatically reduce thc in your urine also when you pee go in the toilet first then fill the cup with your pee and before you finish pee back in the toilet I'm told the thc comes out first and last hope this helps I've never failed a drug test
