If you look in the phone book there is the federal addresses/emails for Congress and the President. It should be within the first 3-12 pages. When you write the President make sure you are polite, state the reason for your letter, and make the letter look good. It will go to a office sectary who will read it. There is no guarantee that it will get to the President, but it might. Do not make any threats or you will have FBI at your door within days.

You can mail a letter to him in care of the White House in Washington DC, where staff members read all letters and forward to him or the vice president a representative sample of the ones they find important; or you can do the same thing by sending a message to him via e-mail. The White House website (whitehouse.gov) has a form you can fill out that will send e-mail to the president, and as with sending him a letter by the U.S. post, his staff will also read the e-mail you send. Because the president receives large amounts of mail, you may or may not get a personal answer, but that does not mean you shouldn't at least try.
