Tutoring for both adults and children are accessible if the individuals wants the assistance. In many cities reading and writing workshops are presented through many assorted organizations such as churches and community recreation centers. As much as teachers and tutors everywhere would be more than happy to assist these illiterates, it is their own judgment as to whether they get the assistance they need or not.

Help can be found if it is sincerely wanted by the illiterate individual. Illiteracy can't be fixed in any way other then by a persons own will and determination.

  • A lower pupil-teacher ratio.
  • A less examination-oriented syllabus, where pupils can learn at their own pace.
  • More parental involvement in the child's education - if parents read with a child it can be of enormous help.
  • Better qualified teachers.
  • Better motivated teachers.

and above all

  • Much more time spent introducing children to reading... learning their letters and the ir sounds and how words are structured.

If a child is 'lost' at this point, when the rest of a class moves on, they are likely to remain 'behind' all through school.

In many cities, orginaztions such as churches, schools, and rec centers offer illiteracy workshops. Many teachers in school offer tutoring for students that need help. Learning standards are enforced to help aid the elimination of illiteracy. The only way that someone can truly find a solution to their illiteracy though is if they take it upon thenmselves to seek the help they need. No one else can do it for them.

illiteracy in the Philippines is increasing rapidly due to poverty and increase in population hence the scope of iliteracy broadens. Forehand, we must consider the easiest way is first control the population by goin back to the previous years where Birth Control pills are given for free on urban and remote areas then its is where the DepEd and DSWD cohabitates and have those teacchers & social workers perform their jobs properly by doin community education service and at the same time support those far plan public schools area and provide military security so as not to endager the lives of threathened teachers who serviced those public schools in the remote places and provinces. we have to extend extreme sevices to remote area of provinces since most of those illiterate onesare in those places.
