How can you delete a program called 'keep dumb upload' which is using 99 percent of the system and freezing the computer?

Use the Task Manager to shut down anything running that is associated with this program. Do a search to find out all you can about the program and the names of associated files. Use the "Keep Dumb Upload uninstaller" to remove the program. If it did not come with one, use the Add & Remove Programs. After removal, use your XP Search and search for any associated files and delete. Restart the computer.
