How can you describe Emma in the novel Emma?

Answer:
Cool

Very self-assured, quite convinced that she was always right and that she was a good judge of characters. Strong-willed at times, but very kind and sweet. As a spoiled and sheltered upper-class girl, she displayed a tendency towards selfishness, but in the end she managed to overcome it.
