I would make sure that you wash all blankets, sheets, pillowcases, towels in soap and hot water. You can also add bleach to the wash if you want.
Then you should disinfect any surfaces that you touch regularly ie: door handles, telephones, remotes, toys etc. Throw away toothbrushes and toothpaste as they store all the germs you want to get rid of. Toss chap-stick, or lipsticks or disinfect.
You can disinfect with a disinfectant from the store but if you would like to to be safe and eco friendly you can make a cleaner with tea tree oil or go to your local health food store to purchase.
If you continue to have reoccurring infections check other family members who may be carriers.
Also- try to run a humidifier or air purifier.

∙ 14y agoStrep Throat is a serious infection. It is advised that you do visit your doctor or walk-in clinic to gain antibiotics. However if you do not have acess to such medical devices, salt water could help heal infections, but may not heal completely.
