Actually you don't need to download the movies from your PC, you just need to download them from the internet to your PC, and install a DVD burner program, load the movies to the DVD burner, insert a blank DVD disc, and make some adjustments(such as editting, cropping and trimming, adding background music and making a slideshow....). Then click burn button, that's it!
