Confront him with his behavior and tell him if it continues you will leave until he decides to behave like a decent kind husband should. I would leave and not return until an effective and heartfelt apology were given and then on return a long discussion about the repercussions of this type of behavior and what effect they have on our relationship. I would stress that should this ever happen again I will permanently leave his presence and he will not have to speak with me ever again. And I would mean it and let him know that I mean it.
Great advice from the former poster.
BE TRUE TO YOURSELF! Be honest as possible. If your husband was there at one time and had some suggestions and acknowledged some of your problems, did you listen or did you ignore his advice and keep complaining? If you haven't and he hasn't been there for you at all and never has been I do suggest you leave him. At this point in time the dye is caste and I doubt you can patch up this problem between the two of you.
We all hurt out in society. We have frustrations, we cry in private, we can slap ourselves silly for mistakes we've made, but your partner should be there to see you through all of this. the trick is listen to good advice. Many of us don't so the people giving the advice just ignore you. Can't blame them one bit.
If you have a good friend some times the friend will often understand you better than your own mate. Many women will talk to a close girlfriend and don't find they get 100% of the attention they may deserve from their husbands, but then again, often wives ignore their husbands problems too.
I wish you luck

This question is too one sided. You have given no indication of why he is being silent. I am a decent person, a husband, a father, I work full time to support my five kids although two are now grown up and really support themselves. However, I am subjected to the worst verbal and mental abuse you could imagine (it is too much to go into in this answer. The thing that is wrong with your question is, you don't say why your husband behaves like this. In my case I've had so much abuse directed at me that I no longer love or respect my wife, I stay for the sanity of the kids. I would not think of subjecting them to living without a father to be there when I'm needed. So in short, you have to ask yourself, (and I know you'll think this is all crap), are you being a decent wife, do you verbally or emotionally abuse your husband, have you given him reason to suspect you're ahving or have had an affair, does he have to make lots of his own meals, do his own ironing, wash his own clothes, do you spend his money, do you run up credit cards or store cards, does he have to pay for EVERYTHING.If any of this rings any bells, then you are creating the problems by your own attitude and actions. Marriage needs teamwork with come and go understanding and respect and if you can't give it, you won't get it.
