IN order to find a good realtor - you should look for a Realtor who suits your needs. There are many excellent Realtors out there, look for one specializing in the type of property you are interested in, and get specific. For example I specialize in waterfront properties in north stuart, fl, specifically the area I live in North River Shores. IF you know an area that you like - Look for a Realtor who has several listings in that area. Good luck in your search to Buy a home, and find the ideal Realtor!
