Call a police department in the state where you think the warrant is.
I dont think its entirely possible to find out free without actually incriminating yourself. Theres a bunch of articles about it online. Yahoo "free arrest warrant searches". You can check online for an arrest warrant with an arrest warrant search.

∙ 12y agoTake your ID to the local police department. They normally do not charge for the information. Don't provide them with your new address, otherwise they will show up the next morning putting you in shackles. We all have a brain, so utilize it to protect ourselves otherwise we will end up in the system and be one of the caged animals at the detention centers.

∙ 12y agoAlthough there are websites who advertise this service - typically none of them are free AND there results are incomplete at best. They are totally dependent on whether the agency that issued the warrant makes this information public.
