Call the jurisdiction where you think a warrant may be active for you. Most agencies will disclose this information over the telephone as the information is generally considered "for public knowledge."
If the warrant was issued by a Grand Jury as a Secret Indictment then you may not be able to find out over the telephone. Some county Sheriff's Departments will check their NCIC Computer for active warrants if requested to do so. Consider they may be busy with other things when you call and if they cannot check at the time you call, ask for a more convenient time.
