How can you find out if your Jamaican husband who went to the US and remarried three years now had really divorced you and where would you get the divorce papers?

Answer

Write or email Vital Statistics in the State he lived in. For a fee they will send you a document of divorce, but you must provide proof of marriage, your husbands full name, date of birth, where he was born, how long he was in the U.S., and also specifics of the same for yourself as well of the date of the marriage.

Good luck Marcy
