The best means of locating the source of any computer related problem is by the method of elimination. If you have access to another graphics card then I would advise you to install it and see if you get the same problems. Reinstalling graphics cards drivers does very little. Every time you install graphics card drivers you should remove the old drivers. If this is not done, you can encounter conflictions and possibly reduce the efficiency of the card.
