The most common source of vibration in any car is the wheels being out of balance followed by bent rims and tires in poor condition. Have the wheels balanced an the condition of the tires and rims checked while they are on the balancer. As far as squeaking noises, if they are still there when the vibration is gone they will need to be checked depending on where the noise seems to be coming from and the conditions that they are present. First a visual inspection of the suspension, steering and drive-train.
