you hold the middle button down first, then you hold down the MENU button so they are both held down together. if you hold it down long enough, you will see that it will restart the whole iPod. But if you do it too much, it will probably break or shut down.

When my ipod is fully charged on my ihome the ipod shows a screen that says fully charged and stops the music from playing making me click play to start the music up again every time. why is this?
