You can't as "Crystal" Pokemon do not exist in the games.

well i would not agree with that... u can get a bellsprout at night and trade bellsprout for onix in violet city the house beneath the Pokemon centre... although u cant catch 1 because it doesn't appear but u can trade 1 =.=
