I have never tried this before, but some guy told me that if you complete the pokédex in either Sapphire or Ruby, go to the dude in Pacifilog (SP?) who asks where you are from: Yes or No. In Sapphire you say Yes and Ruby you say No. Then May will come and battle you with a lvl 70 Jirachi and Deoxys and when you beat her, you get to choose one.
