For you Booty! Do squats. Skip every other step when climbing stairs-try every other two! Get on your hands and knees, with your thighs perpendicular to the floor and lift your leg (still bent 90 degress) so that your knee is higher than your back--remember to squeeze your buttocks as you do this. As for your calves...hmmm I'll get back at this one. =)

For your calves, what i did was just jump on the spot (stay on your toes) for 10 minutes, or skip with a jumpingrope or jogging. thast how i got nice big calves without using weights. it works ;) do it 3 times a week minimum. and dont stop! If you can't jump for 1o minutes, what i do is just play a song jump to it then take a break during another song and when the 3rd song starts jump again:P way more fun!

Look into Charles Atlas and what he did with dynamic tension. He became one of the frontrunners of bodybuilding and he stopped lifting weights. He would use one muscle against the other. He used this method because it worked twice as effectively as lifting weights. Its similar to yoga, except for you dont stretch the muscle you work it.
