How do get a blue feather on Harvest Moon DS?

After you complete the marriage requirements the Mayor will come by your house on a Sunny morning and tell you how to get the Blue Feather. You get it by climbing to the top of the Mountain on a Sunny day. But it will not not work until the Mayor tells you about it.

The requirements are:

Upgrade your house to Level Three

Buy and place a Double Bed in your house

Have at least Eight Hearts with a marriage candidate

Get at least 30 musical Notes

Well first of all you have to have 8 or more hearts with the person but to fully marry them you have to upgrade your house to level 3 then you need to buy a double bed from woody AND have 30 notes. Once you have thirty notes Theodore will come to your house then he will give you the blue feather.!.!

Hint: to get level 3 house befriend either Joe, Kurt or woody to one heart. Woody will only let you buy a double bed once you have upgraded your house to lvl 3. ( Give Woody branches)

You can buy it from the 'Supermarket' as soon as one of the girls (or boys if you have "cute") reaches their Red Heart level. the girl has to be at least at the orange heart stage. you'll get a letter in the mail telling you that you can now buy the blue feather in the supermarket. but don't wait too long after getting an orange heart. I waited and now the shopkeeper won't let me buy the feather.

the way you get the blue feather on harvest moon tree of tranquility is you have to find the person you want to marry and then when you get 10 hearts the mayor will talk to you and he will tell you the story about the blue feather, then a couple days later you will see the bird. then you will have to follow it and then when you get to Carmel falls the feather will fall off the bird, and you will have to go pick it up then you go give it to the person with 10 hearts and then you get married!!

Buy the Blue Feather - When any girl you are courting reaches an Orange heart color, the Blue Feather will be for sale at Jeff's store. You can use the feather as a marriage proposal item when the girl you're after reaches the Red heart level. When you think she's ready, just equip the Blue Feather and press the B button. She'll accept your feather, visit your farmhouse, and then you two can wed 7 days later.

When you have a girl with a pink heart and she really likes you, you can ho to rick's shop and you will see the blue feather.

To use the blue feather go to the girl with the pink heart and use it on her like any other tool.

The Blue Feather becomes available when one of the boys reaches their Orange Heart level. You can purchase it for 1000 G from the 'supermarket'. Note that you won't be able to propose until they reach their Red Heart level. You will also need to have returned the Harvest Goddess in order for them to accept the proposal.
