If you are talking about horses, then you can take them to a registered horse vet.
same sort of thing with a cow.

This can be done a number of different ways, For the first time, one time person I would recommend using a elastrator. This is a hand held device that places a rubber band around the testicles cutting off all blood flow.

Yes, it is the safest way for self Castration. Please note that this is not the fastest way to emasculation and does involve some pain so I would recommend having some pain killers on hand.

The specially compounded rubber ring is easily put in place with the Elastrator, and left there. The circulation is shut off, and any sensation of discomfort passes quickly as the testicles becomes numb, and eventually falls off. You want an Elastrator that opens up to 2" in diameter. A 9-1/2" long handle should give you the leverage to make the job manageable.
