This is a question that is as old as language. Men and women have asked this question for centuries. There is no definite answer. Most people will tell you to be yourself, but the problem is that most people have more than one identifiable self. For instance, you may act one way at home, another way with your friends, another way at work, etc. Be honest with yourself. "Why do you want this person to like you?" "Why do you like this person?" When you have honestly and realistically answered those questions, then you will know more about how to approach and/or form a relationship with him. And lastly, proximity breeds attraction. The more often a person sees you, the more attractive you become (Studies of psychology has proven this).
