Websense is a tricky one, as they block most proxying sites.

You could use a proxy server (but I'm guessing the school blocks access to network configuration!)

At work (also using Websense) I use Njutrino - it's a browser that runs from a USB key and encrypts all traffic - completely bypassing websense. http://www.njutrino.com
