Pray to him and show him your gratefulness. God doesn't care if you aren't "good" at praying. Whenever you have free time, pray. In addition, it is also good to go to church. But anything you do to show him that you love and adore God is good, justDON'T KILL ANYONE, ANYTHING, OR YOURSELF for it. Its not good at all. I am a pastor's daughter, and that's how I feel how you stay close to him, though I am only a tween (teen child) peace!
