How can you get eight pack abs?

Answer:
  • While the six-pack is by far the most common configuration of the muscle, there exist rare anatomic variations which result in the appearance of an eight-pack. Therefore, only a few people are capable of defining an eight-pack.

  • In addition, if are born with the required body layout to develop eight pack abs, it then takes a great deal of exercise and nutrition control.
  • There are only eight major abdominal muscles, no more, no less. There is no such thing as a ten pack, twelve pack, etc. Believe it or not, every human has an eight pack, most people are just not active enough (or not capable of being so) for theirs to become defined.
  • It is really, really hard to get.
  • Eat a clean diet with little or no fat. Eat 6-8 small meals instead of 3-4 big meals. Try eating less of these: oily/fatty foods, simple carbohydrates (sugar), refined (processed) carbohydrates, and even meat. Try to eat more fruits, veggies, & fish in your meals. This helps you to avoid gaining fat. Step2: Do aerobic/cardio exercises at least 20 min. 3-5 times a week performing a different exercise each time so your body doesn't become lazy and you don't become bored. This is crucial to reducing your body fat, which you need below 10% for your last 2 packs to show. Step3: Do crunches that work on your obliques & lower abs such as oblique crunches, hanging leg raises, circling leg raises, etc. Working your obliques will tone your sides (love handles) and it works better than normal crunches. Make sure to work your lower abs real well b/c that's how you get your last 2 packs to show. Step4: Sleep early (before 12AM midnight). Sleeping late will make you eat more, but the fat doesn't burn as well at night b/c you're not very active at night; thus you will accumulate body fat. Also, sleeping late will make you tired the next day and then you'll oversleep causing your fat metabolism to slow down. Do this and, over time, you may or may not display an 8 pack because it is very hard to get.
  • Do a thousand crunches and use a barbel about five pounds. Tie it around your legs with a shoe lace. Then do one thousand crunches but this time you lay down and lift you legs up not your stomach and put your legs down but not all the way just about six inches above the ground. Then you may or may not eventually develop, over time, an eight pack. It is really, really hard to get.
