You can't. You can certainly go long way toward fitness in a few weeks, but it isn't something that will happen in a couple of days. And if you overwork yourself for a couple days, you are likely to be in worse shape than if you had done nothing.
A good start would be a good 30 minutes of aerobic activity every day, walking briskly, running, swimming, bicycle or treadmill. It can have positive effects such as droppoing your blood pressure and improving your hearbeat in a couple of days.
