Answer:
The Holy Bible reads "for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23) and "for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Rom. 6:23). The Bible also reads, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Acts 2:21). And you're a "whosoever" right? Of course you are; all of us are.

Read John 3:3-16 you can believe in Jesus but you can not be saved by that

Answer:
The rules for entering your heaven depends on the religious tradition that you follow. Christians have various positions on this even between their various sects. Jews and Muslims have other criteria on who is in or out. Other religions which have a heaven (not all do) have their own way of entering it.. The Vikings (See Link) required death in battle to achieve the "good" heaven filled with beer and battles to escape the "bad" heaven of moping around forever. The Greek afterlife was mostly a grey dullness until you evaporated.
In his book "Captain Stormfield's Visit to Heaven" Mark Twain proposed that everyone gets into the heaven they aim for but is excluded from the heavens they don't want to deal with. This means no Christian wings, halos and harps for the Vikings, no Arabic couches, dates and girls for the Christians etc.
