You can't. You'll be shot dead even before half way through. And it is not an Islamic Jihad. It is a suicidal attempt. The religion Islam has nothing to do with getting into another nation's head quarters and blowing oneself along with others. This is ignorance. If one truly wants to do the Islamic Jihad, there is guidance in the Ahadith of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH.

If I could hazard a guess, this question is implicitly arguing that Barack Obama is a Muslim who has declared jihad against the United States and has somehow, secretly become President of the United States. Firstly, Barack Obama is not a Muslim, which has been made quite clear on numerous occasions regardless of the internet rumors. Even if he were Muslim, that should not pose any problem in how he could execute the office of President of the United States just as John F. Kennedy's being Catholic as opposed to Protestant did not pose a problem in executing the office of the President of the United States. Secondly, Barack Obama has never ran around screaming "jihad" or "bomb". As the public we have access to almost all of Barack Obama's speeches and he is a great orator with a calm and slow disposition (even his detractors acknowledge this point).

If the question is to be taken literally, most Islamist terrorists who are behind the massive recent atrocities like 9/11, 7/7, 3/11, etc. did not wear turbans or shout random phrases. All of them shaved off their beards and dressed in Western clothes. They presented themselves as mild-mannered individuals specifically to avoid suspicion. If a similar terrorist targeted the White House, it is much more likely he would be ordinarily dressed than acting like some vile dog.
