this is a confusing question. I am thinking it was how can you get new contacts without an eye exam and insurance.
- your exam and contact lens prescription is only good for one year from the date of service. By law no eye place is to dispense you contacts without a current eye exam due to you put them in your eyes. There is vision insurance out there that will pick up the cost of the eye exam minus a copay. most medical insurances will also cover one routine exam per year or every other year. all you need to do is call the member services number on your card.
