How can you get on tutorial island?

tutorial island can be accesed when you make a new acount. tutorial island isn't available to anyone who has already left.

Yes your able to die on the tutorial islands. Many times have I been on tutorial island and die attempting to kill rats! I have been taken the mic out of by my friends as it's a mistake everytime.

you still can if you have the glitch noclip you can walk over water

As of the update that made the quest Learning the Ropes into the new tutorial, Tutorial Island is inaccesible to all characters. The only place it is still present is Runescape Classic.
