It depends what he is in jail for and if this is a first offence and nothing too, too serious. People can go to jail for minor things. If he's trouble, then at least visit him and tell him you are moving on and do so. Just tell the guy the truth. You should have done this before as it appears you don't love him or he's a lot of trouble for you to deal with.
There is no way to tell him without hurting him, but honesty is still the best policy.

AnswerOkay, honestly there is no way to tell your boyfriend in jail that you don't want to be with him anymore. Its really hard. I've just finished a 3 year relationship (1 1/2 years of him being in jail) yesterday and i think the best way to do it is to ease the idea on to him. Tell him your finding it too hard and that while he's in there you just need time to yourself to figure out what you really want. My ex is still hoping there will be a chance when he gets out, but if that's what keeps them going, then just agree or say theres a possibility of it happening. THats just my point of view.yes he can go to jail but is unlikely

Guardianship, provided father does not have First Right of Refusal. Even without it, he can file a challenge for custody.
well say it nicely and dont text or say it over the phone. ~E
he won't let you go out without him
Well if your over 16 then no.
u laugh and get over it
NO, as long as you aren't doing anything inappropriate in front of the kids. You're and adult of course your boyfriend can stay over, without you losing your kids.
When you stop thinking about him/her!!!!!!! EDIT: You don't necessarily have to stop thinking about them to be over them. You will know when your over them, you will stop hurting, you will be able to move on and be with someone else without comparing the two, you will be able to forgive them and talk to them without any resentment.
Honesty is the best policy and there is no way you can tell this person you don't want to see them without hurting them, but, most of us have been rejected in our lives at least once and we all get over it. The person will move on and there are plenty of fish in the sea.
No, they can't throw you in jail. You're both of legal consent age.
