You need to be able to prove the abuse, pictures, journals some kind of record of what is happening. Then you can go to the police and or CPS. However you should report any supected abuse to the police, weather or not they do something about it, it will still be on file with them which will help you out in court and show the court that you where concerned and tried to act on it, thus making it more likely that you will get full custody.
