About the only way to increase facial hair is to increase the amount of testosterone in the bloodstream. A doctor could test for testosterone insufficiency and prescribe injections. But don't count on it. Facial hair also increases with age, so waiting works too. Men from some racial and genetic backgrounds have little or no facial hair even thought they have plenty of testosterone. And testosterone injections have side effects, like increased aggression and shrinkage of the testicles. Rogaine and Firaus Oil also come recommended by some people as a way to increase facial hair growth although it is not proven. Shaving frequently is a proven way to make facial hair more coarse, therefore appearing thicker. Shaving regularly will not increase the speed at which your facial hair develops however. Other suggestion include trying a DiHydroTestosterone cream named Androstanolone which is applied externally. It is available in brand name Andractim.

∙ 17y agoSorry, but those are your genes and there are no products on the market to make hair grow on your face. Take a look at your father or any male siblings and relatives. If most of the males have a beard or mustache, goatee, then your chances are high you will have more hair on your face. Don't worry so much about it. Many women don't really like hairy guys and the fad of "the grunge look" with that 5 o'clock shadow is on it's way out!
