There is no cure for herpes. However it can be controled.
If you currently have an outbreak be sure to keep the wound clean, but do not overly irritate the area. The sore contain infection virus particle which can cause a secondary outbreak if they come in contact with broken skin or mucus membranes. There are overthe counter ointments such as abriva which may speed the healing process. You may also take an oral antiviral which will prevent second round infections.
Some people take daily suppressive medicine such as valtrex to prevent out breaks, but it is not 100% effective. Personally I prefer not to do this and take antivirals only at the first twinge of an outbreak.
They don't just go away because herpes is a life long disease that is incurable. With antibiotics you can relieve the pain of them but that's pretty much it.
There is no quick way to heal any blister but to put neosporin on it.
