Rub a small amount of lemon juice on the inside of the apple slices, but not so much so that you significantly affect the taste. Then store the apples in a airtight bag or container and refrigerate until its time to eat!

1. fruit fresh found in the spice section ( could be msg )

2. lemon juice squeezed over them

3. soak in lemon lime soda

4. crush a couple Vitamin C tables and add it to 2-3 cups of cold water. Place the fruit in the water until ready to use. ( best yet )

All you have to do is sprinkle lemon juice on the peeled apples. It adds flavor and keeps them from going brown quickly.
