How can you know if your apartment is overcharging you for sewer bill...My bill seems incredibly high and we are not sub- metered. Is there a way to know if I am being charged fairly?

Answer:
There is one way to find out if your company is over billing you. What you do is you take your previous bill and compare it with that amount of resources you are using. By then, you should be able to tell if you are being over charged. Then you should get someone like a private investigator to review and calculate the money you are paying to them. The law will take it from there. This happens a lot like how taxi drivers are. What they may do is they might multiply your bill by two or three times the original amount. That is how they make their money. It is still wrong though.
