There are numerous, effective methods for men to last longer in bed. As mentioned, masturbation before coitus can be somewhat helpful. It is also important to relax, becoming tense and/or anxious actually increases the chance of blowing your load too soon. Also practice the kegel exercises and tighten them when coming close.
