get monavie a acai berry superfruit juice. its very expensive approximately 30 dollars a week but think about it that's only like 5 bucks a day and think what you spend 5 bucks on a day. anyways do that or diet and exercise

Well, to start you'll have to exercise. In order to lose 5 pounds in a month you'll need to do plenty of sit ups, push ups, or run or walk around your block, or neighborhood. Start off Easy with the push ups and sit ups. Do at least fifty to one hundred sit ups, and at least ten to twenty push ups. Make sure also to eat lots of Fruits and Vegetables, to keep up your energy. Also drink plenty of orange juice, their plenty of Vitamins and Minerals in the juice. to help you stay active. And also stay away from meats (Fatty ones epically: Pork, Beef, etc.) Instead of Meat eat Poultry (Chicken, fish etc.) Don't stop exercising either keep it up with your daily exercises and so you can fully become the weight you really want to be.
