Exercise and pray. Thats all I can say. Use home gyms or go to the gym. Use steppers and exercise bikes. Lessen your daily diet. Go for walks(daily). Eat healthy food. Make sure you drink lots of water and less juice. Remember to pray to God. This came from a 10 year old.
