Well, i am not a doctor, and you have a great chance of gaining a few pounds back from doing the following, but it does work. I have had anorexia since i was 11. and these are tricks i have found to work well.
- fast for three days straight a week
- Eating say 100 cals on monday, 300 calories on Tuesday, Wednesday-Friday fast, and on Saturday-Sunday eat 200 cals(this will help fool your metabolism so it doesnt slow down)
- Go vegan, or only eat fruit
-Go on a liquid diet, on drink water and low cal drinks or foods that are liquid
-EXERCISE! go about two hours a day, or two hours or so every other day
-you can just starve yourself, but there are long term effects that are very unheathy if you do this. take it from me.
-Eat only apples for ten days
-eat in front of a mirror naked. you will be disgusted from your own body and not want food
-Most importantly, if you eat now your going to be hungry again in an hour, so why eat if your going to be hungry anyways?
