You should aim to lose 2 to 3 pounds a week. Anything more is not healthy for your body.

In those 2weeks try and:

  • Go on a diet
  • Jog in morning and night for a few miles or treadmill
  • Crunches
  • Lunges
  • Squats
  • Push-Ups
  • Abdominal Crunches
  • Bent Over Rows
  • Weights
  • Pilates
  • Etc.
