Cannot be done. Losing 5lb a day is insane, even over a week that's extreme. Adjust your diet and start exercising (cardio is really good for weight loss), try and aim for at least a 500 calorie deficit each day throughout the week (7 x 500 calories = 3500 calories = 1 lb). For meal ideas you should search for weight cutting recipes on the internet.
