The best way to lose weight around the stomach area is to not eat after 7:00 pm Walking is good for both your legs and your stomach also crunches are good for losing fat and getting great Abs . If you do lunges and squats these are two good exercises to tone up your legs . Also eat healthy foods for snacks and eat healthy foods. It is good to snack on healthy foods even when you are not that hungry even just a little. That way you don't get to hungry and eat too much.
That is good advise. Please talk to your Dr. before you start any exercise or change in diet program. If you want to see a big change in your waist start with core exercises. Look them up they have a lot on the net. My favorite is set in a v with your feet off the floor and your knees bent grab a ball to 8+ pound weight and hold it off your body and now turn from side to side touching the ball to the ground. Start with 15 to each side and move up from there. Remember to do them in sets and rest between sets. In a month just working my core I lost three inches around the waist and one inch off each thigh. Muscle weighs more than fat and burns more calories a day at work or rest than fat does, measure and stop looking at the scales.
