you can lose weight fast by drinking water,

you can lose about 10 pounds in a week by drinkinga glass of water 8 times a day for a week. since your body is 80 percent water, when you don't drink alot of water it holds on to the water you intake, and relieves your body, so when you drink water it holds on to that water and your bodycleanses itself, When you drink water daily, itgets rid of your water weight and then after your water weight is gone, it gets rid of your body fat fast!

  • 3 glasses in the morning
  • 2 glasses in the afternoon
  • 3 glasses before bed

It works I lost about 6lbs in 5 days.
