Eat a bland diet, staying away from spicy foods,onions, garlic, etc...and, alcohol. If you're already doing this, then the taste is the taste... You can't make it better. Semen has nothing to do with food intake. Each male has his own individual taste. Ejaculating more or less frequently may make a slight difference.
Whatever the man eats before he cums is what it will taste like.

I always understood that the type of foods you eat determine the smell and taste of sperm, also just for general info the smell and taste of a woman's private bodily fluids have a lot to do with what is ingested as well; ie. sweet/sweet, sour/sour, garlic/probably bitter.

There are, however, some things you can do to produce more:

Habits and Mental Health

Stress and bad habits reduce your production speed. Bad habits such as being lazy and unhealthy eating will really dampen your sperm count. Stress and depression reduces sperm count because the brain is too occupied with producing hormones to balance your stress rather than produce sperm, this is why it is important to not turn family planning (making a baby) into a stress, worry or chore.

Drugs, alcohol and smoking

Drugs and alcohol slow down your body processes, including sperm production. So too much of either will obviously mean a low sperm count.

Smoking contains various lethal chemicals, some which actually seep into the bloodstream and kills off some of your sperm.

Avoid or reduce taking any of these three.

Diet
