I don't live in the UK but I would assume that you could go to a local GLBTQ youth center (if you have one in your area) and get some info. If that's not possible, try searching the internet. You may be able to find some sort of support group for transgendered people which, even if it does not cater to teens, should have some sort of info to give you about where you can meet your fellow cross-dressing teens. owever, if you live in a small town you will probably have to go a bit out of your way.
