There is a 1/4" headphone port located at the back of the PSR-295; plug your headphones into that and the audio is transferred to the headphone instead of the speakers. If your headphones use a 1/8" plug, you'll need an adapter.
Many televisions do not have headphone jacks anymore. Almost every TV that has a headphone jack will shut off its internal speakers when the headphones are connected. You should look at wireless headphones that will connect to the audio output of the television instead of the headphone jack if you need to use both at the same time.

Yes, the FM Radio is free! But you have to plug in headphones to make the radio work because the LG Chocolate Touch uses the wires of the headphones as an antenna. However, you still have the option of listening through the phone's speakers instead of the headphone's speakers... as long as some sort of headphones are at least plugged into the headphone slot (even broken headphones would work! as long as there is still wire going into the phone's headphone slot)! Very fun phone! Source: I own a LG Chocolate Touch VX-8575

Yes, but you need to buy a headphone splitter. You plug it in just like you would headphones, but it gives you two holes instead of one, for two headphones. =)
Although technically possible, headphones are not designed to be microphones. Get a microphone and plug it in to your PC instead. You can choose from USB or analog microphones with prices ranging from $5.00 to thousands...
